Job Specifications

  • Primary Responsibilities: Operate cash registers, handle transactions, process payments, and provide receipts.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their purchases, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Accuracy: Ensure pricing is correct, handle returns and exchanges, and count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.
