Job Specifications

  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
    • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas regularly.
    • Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training to current staff.
    • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
    • Address guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping services.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Experience in housekeeping management.
    • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
